I would like to acknowledge the hardwork and dedication of Kayley Dinnage, unknowingly we took on a very difficult and awkward tenant, Kayley acted with complete professionalism and documented everything throughout the tenancy which proved to be vital. This prevented local authority and legal action against me by this tenant, it also allowed me to claim back the deposit money which I am truly grateful for, thank you Kayley for your hardwork and care.

James Dean are a great estate agency to use with the added benefit of John Freeman. John is a fantastic estate agent who goes over and above what is asked of him. My particular sale was of a difficult and sensitive nature which John dealt with in a patient and courteous manner for all involved.
